By using our website, making an enquiry, confirming a booking, completing a check-in process, accessing an apartment, or staying in one of the properties, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to:

- Use of the Mooeve website

- Enquiries submitted through the website or connected forms

- Bookings made directly with Mooeve or through connected booking systems

- Guest communication before, during, and after a stay

- Check-in and check-out processes

- Access to apartments, buildings, and common areas

- Use of any apartment, furniture, equipment, amenities, or related services

- Any other service provided by Mooeve in connection with furnished accommodation

Additional rules, booking conditions, house rules, cancellation terms, payment conditions, or platform-specific conditions may also apply depending on the apartment, booking channel, destination, length of stay, or reservation type.

3. Bookings and reservations

A booking is only confirmed when Mooeve or the relevant booking platform confirms the reservation and any required payment, deposit, guarantee, or guest information has been received.

Mooeve may use property-management or booking platforms, such as Hostaway or similar systems, to manage availability, reservations, guest information, booking confirmations, payments, communication, and related operational processes.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Mooeve reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend a booking if:

- Required guest information is missing or inaccurate

- Payment is not completed when required

- The booking appears fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious

- The guest breaches these Terms or the house rules

- The accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Mooeve’s reasonable control

- The booking violates applicable laws, building rules, platform rules, or property restrictions

4. Prices, payments and deposits

Prices, fees, taxes, cleaning fees, deposits, payment schedules, and other charges may vary depending on the apartment, city, booking dates, length of stay, booking channel, and selected services.

All applicable charges will be communicated during the booking process or through the relevant booking platform.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, booking platforms, or property-management systems. Mooeve does not directly store full payment card details unless explicitly stated.

Where a security deposit, pre-authorization, or damage guarantee is required, the guest agrees that Mooeve or the relevant provider may use it to cover damages, missing items, additional cleaning, unauthorized late check-out, penalties, unpaid charges, or other amounts owed under these Terms.

5. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the apartment, booking channel, rate type, destination, length of stay, and reservation conditions.

Guests are responsible for reviewing the applicable cancellation conditions before confirming a booking.

For more information, please refer to Mooeve’s Cancellation Policy: https://www.mooeve.com/cancellation-policy

If a booking was made through a third-party platform, additional cancellation terms from that platform may apply.

Any request to modify, extend, shorten, cancel, or reschedule a stay must be submitted to Mooeve or through the relevant booking channel. Changes are not guaranteed and may depend on availability, pricing, platform rules, and operational conditions.

6. Check-in and guest verification

Guests may be required to complete a digital or assisted check-in process before accessing the apartment.

Mooeve may use guest-experience, check-in, automation, communication, or digital-access platforms, such as Duve or similar systems, to collect required guest information, coordinate arrivals, provide instructions, enable communication, and improve the guest experience.

Guests may be required to provide identity, contact, reservation, arrival, or other information necessary for check-in, legal compliance, access management, building rules, guest safety, or operational coordination.

Failure to complete the required check-in process or provide required information may delay or prevent access to the apartment.

7. Apartment access and digital keys

Mooeve may use digital-access or smart-lock systems, such as Salto or similar providers, to manage access to apartments, buildings, or related areas.

Access codes, digital keys, physical keys, links, passes, or access credentials are personal to the registered guest and must not be shared with unauthorized persons.

Guests are responsible for keeping access credentials secure.

Guests must immediately inform Mooeve if an access credential, key, code, device, or access link is lost, compromised, shared by mistake, or no longer secure.

Mooeve may disable or modify access credentials at any time where reasonably necessary for security, operational, legal, or guest-safety reasons.

Only registered guests are allowed to access or stay in the apartment unless Mooeve has expressly approved otherwise.

8. Check-in and check-out times

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated before arrival or through the relevant booking platform, guest communication system, or check-in process.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Guests must remove all personal belongings and leave the apartment by the agreed check-out time.

Late check-out without prior authorization may result in additional charges, including a penalty of €100 or any other applicable amount communicated in the booking conditions or house rules.

If a guest wishes to extend a stay, the extension must be requested in advance and is only confirmed once Mooeve has approved the extension and any required payment has been received.

9. Use of the apartment

Excessive noise, disturbance, antisocial behaviour, unauthorized gatherings, or repeated complaints may result in penalties, removal from the property, cancellation of the stay without refund, or other action permitted by law.

The apartment may be equipped with a noise-monitoring device. These devices are intended to monitor noise levels, not private conversations.

If noise levels exceed permitted limits, Mooeve or its providers may receive an alert and contact the guest to resolve the issue.

11. Smoking, pets and prohibited activities

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and in any other area where smoking is not allowed.

The apartment may be equipped with smoke detection devices. Any breach of the smoking policy may result in cleaning charges, damage charges, penalties, or other applicable costs.

Pets are not allowed unless Mooeve has expressly approved them in writing.

Illegal activities, disturbing behaviour, unauthorized commercial use, subletting, and any activity that may damage the property, disturb others, breach building rules, or violate applicable law are strictly prohibited.

12. Cleaning, damages and additional charges

Guests must leave the apartment in good condition and reasonably tidy at check-out.

Guests must not leave dirty dishes, cans, bottles, trash, excessive mess, personal belongings, or items requiring unusual cleaning or removal.

Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra work is required. Unless otherwise stated, an additional cleaning fee of €60 per hour may apply.

Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized late check-out, lost keys or access devices, misuse of the property, breach of house rules, penalties, or any costs caused by the guest or people allowed into the property by the guest.

Mooeve may charge the guest, retain amounts from a deposit or guarantee, or seek reimbursement for any applicable costs, subject to the law and the relevant booking conditions.

13. Personal belongings

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Mooeve is not responsible for personal items left behind, lost, damaged, stolen, or abandoned, except where required by applicable law.

If a guest leaves personal belongings behind, Mooeve may make reasonable efforts to assist, but storage, recovery, shipping, or handling may be subject to additional charges and cannot be guaranteed.

14. Maintenance and access during the stay

Mooeve may need to access the apartment during a stay for maintenance, repairs, inspections, safety, access issues, cleaning, legal compliance, emergency situations, or operational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, Mooeve will inform the guest in advance. In urgent or emergency situations, access may be required without prior notice.

Guests must promptly report maintenance issues, safety concerns, damages, leaks, appliance failures, lock issues, or other problems affecting the apartment.

15. Third-party platforms and services

Mooeve may use trusted third-party platforms and service providers to deliver its services, including property-management systems, booking systems, guest-experience platforms, digital check-in systems, smart-lock or digital-access providers, CRM and communication tools, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools.

These may include platforms such as Hostaway or similar booking and property-management systems, Duve or similar guest-experience and communication systems, Salto or similar digital-access systems, GoHighLevel or similar CRM and communication systems, and payment or analytics providers used in connection with Mooeve’s services.
